Celebration Cinema has hit 100,000 fans! First they gave away 100 refillable buckets and now they are offering a coupon to see any of 10 films for $5 each on Thursday, April 26th, 2012! What's even better is the movies are not only $5, a popcorn and pop combo is too!

To get see any film for $5 on Thursday, visit Celebration Cinema's Facebook page. Then, on the drop-down menu, select "$5 Movies & Popcorn!". Print the coupon and bring it to the box office to see any of the following films for $5:

  • The Cabin in the Woods
  • The Raid Redemption
  • Blue Like Jazz
  • October Baby
  • Salmon Fishing in the Yemen

Family Hope Foundation Disability-Friendly Film: 4/28/12

The Family Hope Foundation is sponsoring another disability-friendly film at Celebration Cinema North! This means that the lights are on for the film, volume is lowered, snacks are allowed, and children with disabilities can spend time with other children with disabilities and their families with respect. It also means that children with disabilities are able to roam about the theater if needed and if their disability involves speaking, asking questions, or making noises during the film it will be accepted as well. This month's film is "Chimpanzee".

This film will be shown on Saturday, April 28th, 2012 at Celebration Cinema North at 10 am. Tickets are $5, first come first served. If you have any questions about seating or information about the theater, you can call the box office at (616) 365-2051 or visit their website. The Family Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization in the West Michigan area that advocates for children with disabilities and their families. They encourage family support, collaboration, and help provide financial assistance for therapy.

The next Celebrating the Classics movie is "Rebecca". It will be shown on Saturday, April 21st and Sunday, April 22nd at most Celebration Cinema locations.
